Kiboko means hippo in Swahili. This beer was named after a favorite gathering spot in Kisumu, Kenya – Hippo Point, where we often gathered to watch the sun set over Lake Victoria – wishing we could be drinking a good IPA. Flavored with Chinook and Cascade hops.
